LIBERAÇÃO DE OPERAÇÕES DE CAPITAIS E DE OUTRAS OPERAÇÕES CAMBIAIS.

Calendário Fiscal

De momento as principais operações que agora não carecem de amortização do Banco de Moçambique (Aviso n.º 04/GBM/2024, de 21 de Março) destacam-se:

O investimento no estrangeiro por residentes, no valor máximo equivalente a USD 1.000.000,00 (Um milhão de dólares dos Estados Unidos de América) por cada ano civil;
Exportação de capital investido, no caso de desinvestimento, parcial ou total, ou de liquidação;
Abertura de conta por não residentes em moeda nacional ou estrangeira em Moçambique, quando relacionadas com operações de capitais;
Créditos e garantias relacionadas com transações correntes; e
Abertura de conta em moeda estrangeira, em Moçambique, por residentes, desde que tenham uma relação comprovada com o exterior ou com o não residente e, da mesma, resulte fluxo de valores em moeda estrangeira.

Este regime, entrou em vigor no dia 20 de Abril de 2024.
